Refund Policy of Income Elite
1) Simply use the IncomeElite program, and if for some reason it does not provide you with ANY benefits then we will refund price of the product minus processing costs ($5 per order).
We can only accept refund request through Support@incomeelite.com, and you must include your username. Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:
- Used the IncomeElite program correctly for a minimum of 14 days
- Contacted Customer Support via Support@incomeelite.com for help and advice
- Follow the advice given by Customer Support
- You are asking for a refund within 4 weeks of payment
Please note: The refund period is limited to 1 month. For example, if you request a refund after being a member for 3 months, you will only be able to cancel your future subscriptions, you will not be able to refund your 3 months membership.
If in the unlikely event that this is the case we require the following:
- Your full name, address and order ID number.
- Email requesting a refund
If your refund request does not meet all the requirements you will not be refunded
